I'm Sasha J. Ellul, a licensed Real Estate Agent serving clients across the island of Oʻahu. I've built my business by approaching every transaction with one mindset: there's almost always a solution.

My background in property management and television production taught me how to stay organized, communicate effectively, and think creatively when unexpected challenges arise. Those experiences continue to shape how I guide my clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

Whether it's navigating a difficult transaction, solving an unexpected problem, or finding a path forward when others see a dead end, I enjoy the challenge. I'm known for thinking outside the box, staying persistent, and advocating for my clients until we find the right solution.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me planning events for friends and family, spending time with my dog, Christian, staying active through dance, or serving at church. I believe in treating every client with honesty, integrity, and genuine care, and I strive to make every real estate experience as smooth and rewarding as possible.
